Resolutions
Here are my goals for 2008:
1. Learn Ruby on Rails - (if anyone can recommend a good book for newbies let me know).
2. Attend at least one meetup meeting!
3. Update all of my videos for all of my classes (ick).
4. Get off the computer more. This is probably the hardest thing on my list to do.
5. Put up a new fence.
6. Get my car fixed so it will stop blowing antifreeze in my face.
7. Eat less pizza and try healthier foods.

‘The Rails Way’ is a good book.
A second for ‘The Rails Way’. It is a little tougher to find a begginer book, as Rails 2 was just released, some most of the older books have some deprecated information. So, just do some good screening with the books you are interested in to make sure they cover current topics.
